Lady With An Ermine by Leonardo Da Vinci

This portrait of young courtesan Cecilia Gallerani, which was billed as the "new Mona Lisa" by the National Portrait Gallery, is one of only four female portraits by Leonardo Da Vinci.

Titled “Lady with an Ermine” the painting is undoubtedly a work of excellent composition and technique in the detail by Da Vinci, as well as another enigmatic and sympathetic portrait of his young subject.
